i am doing bsc with computer science and i m in 3rd sem and i want to do job in govt. sector how and what can i do for this plz give some suggestion?

I passed my b.tech in 2008 with 75% but because of some reasons i couldn't do job and now i have 3 yrs gap also i have 59.4% in 12th and 73% in 10th but i have good knowledge in QA tesing but not real experience so i want to know can i get job still ?Please tell me what i do?Please help...
