i m 31 yr old woman, i hv done mba, but my class 12th % is 40%, so shall i eligible for mppsc examinations.

Dear Friend;

Maharashtra Public Service commission is an authority to conduct the recruitment for the various Group posts in State Government departments.

The minimum eligibility criteria requires for applying to the posts conducted by MPSC is as follows :-

a) A candidate must be a citizen of India

b) Age limit 18-28 years if applying in General Category

c) Educational Qualification :- 

Must has passed out Graduation with a minimum of 50% aggregate in any discipline from an recognized university which comes under UGC only if applying to the Group A / B / C posts.

For Group D posts a candidate has to passed out SSLC with a minimum of 50% aggregate from a recognized board.

Relaxation of age for Backward categories is as follows :-

There would be a relaxation of 3 years is applicable for Other Backward Category (OBC) candidates / 5 years of relaxation is applicable for SC-ST candidates and around 10 years of relaxation is applicable to Ex-servicemen.

NOTE :- 

THERE IS NO SEPARATE RELAXATION GIVEN TO WOMENS IN RESPECT OF AGE 

RELAXATION. BUT, WHEN APPLYING TO THE POSTS IN CENTRAL GOVERNMENT

RELAXATION OF FEES WOULD BE EXEMPTED FOR WOMENS.
