How can i get a job in Railway and in which department after 10th with 70%, 12th with 48% and B.Tech in IT with 70%?

I have passed my 10th career with70% and 2sc with 48% .and b.tech(it) with70%. so i want to ask that how i can get a job in railway and in which department.
