About job selection procedure.

Whether 2nd year marks counted during job selection in MNC companies like BHEL?

Dear Friend;

Bharat Heavy Electronics Limited is an Government organization, for applying to the posts in Govt. organizations a candidate has to passed out Graduation with a minimum of 60% aggregate and have to qualify in GATE exam.

The minimum eligibility criteria requires for applying to the posts in MNCs is as follows :-

60% in SSLC

60% in Intermediate

65% in Graduation.

Hence from the above, its clear that for applying to the posts in MNCs companies SSLC and Intermediate percentages will be get counted and for applying in Govt. organisations only Graduation percentage will be get counted.

Other then BHEL, here below is the list of Govt. Organisations that you may be eligible for applying on base of 60% aggregate in Graduation :-

DRDO

BSNL

ONGC

ISRO

SAIL

GAIL

etc.

Selection is totally based on Written exam / Interview and on merit
