Need guidance over joining BSNL after completing B.Tech degree?

Dear Aspirant;

After completion of Graduation in Technology with a minimum of 60% aggregate, you may be eligible for applying to the following posts in Bharat Sanchar Nigam Ltd. :-

Junior Telecom Officer - JTO.

Technical telecom Assistant - TTA.

Programmer.

Database Administrator.

Network Engineer.

Site Engineer 

etc.

Junior Telecom officer (JTO) is further divided into three types based on specialisation in Engineering :-

JTO (Telecom) 

JTO (Civil) 

JTO (Electrical) 

The minimum eligibility criteria requires for applying to the above said posts is as follows :-

Must be a Citizen of India

Age Limit: 30 years

Educational Qualification :- BE / B Tech. in Telecommunication / Radio / Computer Engineering. 

The syllabus pattern for the above said exams is as follows :-

General Knowledge / Awareness

General English

Numerical / Clerical aptitude

Optional subjects - Depends of the type of stream (i.e Electrical, Civil and Telecom) you have applied.

Selection is totally based on written exam / Technical Interview and on merit.
