Graduation is considered to be the key to success and when comes to Govt. sector there is much more scope available for Graduates in any discipline because on base of Graduation you may be eligible for applying to all groups posts in Govt. sector for the positions like :-
CIVIL SERVICE POSTS
ADMINISTRATIVE POST
EXECUTIVE LEVEL POSTS
UPPERGRADE POSTS
JUNIOR GRADE POSTS
The recruitment for the Civil service posts is conducted by the UPSC for the posts like IAS / IPS / IFS etc. for the posts in the Central Govt. departments.
The recruitment for the Group ‘A’ Administrative posts is conducted by the State Public Service commission for the posts like Assistant Commissioner, Chief Executive Officer etc. for the posts in Central Govt. departments.
The recruitment for the Group B, C & D posts in Central Govt. department is recuittted by the Staff Selection Commission and for the posts in State Govt. department is recruited by the State Public Service Commission.
Apart from the Govt. sector you may be eligible for applying to various positions in Railways sector as well as Probationary officer and Clerical Assistant post in Banking sector.
Other then educational qualification a candidate must be a citizen of India and his age does not exceeds to 28 years.
Selection will be purely based on Written exam / Interview and on Merit.
