What qualification is needed for RRB jobs? Need complete information about these jobs? 

Dear Aspirant;

Railways is the biggest employer in India, Railways sector posts are more secured next to Govt. sector, like Govt. sector here also posts has been divided into Groups :-

GROUP A

GROUP B

GROUP C

GROUP D

The recruitment for the Group A Civil service posts is conducted by the Union Public Service Commission for the posts like :-

IRTC :- Indian Railway Traffic Service 

IRPS :-Indian Railway Personnel Service 

IRSS :-Indian Railway Stores Service 

IRAS :- Indian Railway Accounts Service 

While the recruitment for the posts which comes under Group B, C and D are recruited by the Railways recruitment board.

The following are some of the posts that comes under Group B :-

COMMERCIAL MANAGER

DIVISIONAL MANAGER

GENERAL MANGER

RAILWAY MANAGER

Etc.

Some of the Group C posts are listed below :-

UPPER DIVISIONAL CLERK

ACCOUNTANT

Etc.

The minimum educational qualification requires for applying to the Group A, B as well as ‘C’ posts is 50% aggregate in Graduation in any discipline from a recognized university which comes under UGC.

Candidates who have passed out SSLC / Intermediate with a minimum of 50% aggregate from a recognized board are eligible for applying to the Group D posts in Railways sector.

DATA ENTRY OPERATOR

ASSISTANT

Etc.

Other then educational qualification a candidate must be a Citizen of India and his age does not exceeds to 30 years. Selection is purely based on Written Exam / Technical Interview and on Merit.
