As said above that you have know whether a candidate will be eligible for applying to the banking sector posts after completion of Graduation in any discipline, then for your information a candidate is eligible for applying to the Administrative / Executive / Upper Grade Non-Technical posts which are conducted by the State Public service commission for the posts in Govt. sector.
On base of Just passed Graduation a candidate is eligible for applying to the Probationary officer as well as Clerical Assistant post.
Other then educational qualification a candidate must be a citizen of India and his age does not exceeds to 28 years.
The following is the syllabus pattern followed by the Banking authorities for the posts in Banking sector is as follows :-
GENERAL AWARENESS
GENERAL ENGLISH
NUMERICAL APTITUDE
LOGICAL REASONING
MARKETING APTITUDE
DESCRIPTIVE PAPER (Is the Additional topic for PO post)
Selection is purely based on Written exam, Interview and on Merit
