The recruitment for the post of Sub Inspector is recruited by the State Police Service commission. For becoming an Sub Inspector a candidate must be physically as well as mentally fit.

The minimum educational qualification requires for applying to the Sub Inspector posts is a candidate has to passed out Graduation from a recognized university which comes under UGC.

Physical fitness requires is as follows :-

a) Chest :- 82cms

b) Height :- 172cms

c) Weight :- Equivalent to Height as per standard measures.

Selection pattern followed is as follows :-

PHYSICAL TEST / WRITTEN TEST / INTERVIEW / MERIT etc
