Dear Aspirant;
As said above that you are in the Final year of Graduation in Arts and wants to
do job in Income tax department, then for your information the recruitment for
the posts in Income Tax department is conducted by the following authorities.
UNION PUBLIC SERVICE COMMISSION
STAFF SELECTION COMMISSION
Union Public service commission is an authority to recruit candidate for the
Group A posts in the Income Tax departments.
While Staff Selection commission is an authority to recruit candidates for the
Group B, C as well as D Grade posts in the Income Tax department.
On base of Graduation in Arts from a recognized univeristy you are eligible for
applying to the posts conducted by the UPSC / SSC subject to the conditions
that :-
a) You must be a citizen of India
b) Age limit should be in between 18-28 years.
Selection will be purely based on written exam / Interview and on Merit
