What can i do to get job in Railways being in final year of B.Tech? 

hai, sir i am nagalakshmi doing final year b.tech. I want to do the job in raily , what can i do sir, please tell me.

As said above that you are in the final year of Graduation in Technology and want to do job in Railways sector, which is considered to be the biggest employer of Government of India and its an Central Govt. department, then for your information after completion of your Graduation in Technology you are eligible for applying to the following posts in Railways sector :-

TECHNICAL TRAINEE

ASSISTANT ENGINEER

JUNIOR ENGINEER

SECTION ENGINEER

STATION MASTER

LOCO PILOT

etc.

The minimum eligiblity criteria requires for applying to the posts in Railways is as follows :-

a) Must be a citizen of India

b) Age limit should be 18-30 years

c) Educational qualification :- 

Must has passed out Graduation in Technology from a recognized university which comes under UGC and approved by AICTE.

Syllabus pattern followed by the Railways for the Technical posts is as follows :-

GENERAL AWARENESS

GENERAL ENGLISH

NUMERICAL APTITUDE

OPTIONAL SUBJECT (Which is based on your specialization selected in Graduation in Technology)

Selection is purely based on WRITTEN TEST / TECHNICAL INTERVIEW / MERIT
