Its good that you want to become an Sub Inspector and want to make the country crime free. The recruitment for the post of Sub Inspector is made by the State Police Service commission as and when there would be a vacancy. For becoming an Sub Inspector a candidate must be physically as well as mentally fit.

The minimum eliglbity criteria requires for becoming an Sub Inspector is as follows :-

a) Must be a citizen of India

b) Age limit should be 18-28

c) Educational qualification :-

Must has passed out Graduation in any discipline with a minimum of 50% aggregate from a State University which is recognized by the UGC.

Physical fitness requires for sub inspector post is as follows :-

a) Chest :- 82cms

b) Height :- 172cms

c) Weight :- Equivalent to Height as per standard measures.
