Can i get job in MNC after scoring 54% in 12th class? 

Dear Sir,  Myself Neha from Raichur, sir i have passed 12th with more than 50% aggregate, sir i wanted to know that on base of 12 with 54% can i get job in MNC.

As said above that you have passed out Intermediate qualification with a minimum of 54% and want to work in the MNCs, then for your information MNC is nothing but Multi National Company, the minimum eligibility criteria requires for applying to the posts in the MNCs is as follows :-

60% in SSLC

60% in Intermediate

65% in Graduation

The selection pattern followed by the MNCs to recruits candidates for the posts in their companies is as follows :-

TECHNICAL TEST

GROUP DISCUSSIONS

TECHNICAL INTERVIEW

HR INTERVIEW

For your information a candidate should have any technical knowledge other then educational qualification for entering into the MNCs.

Intermediate is considered to be the turning point of future, this is the precious time instead of wasting your time in searching or doing job I advice you to take admission in Graduation in Engineering / Technology or Bachelor degree in any discipline. 

Because the value of studies will never decreases, you will get a good with handsome salary both in Govt. as well as Pvt. sector on base of Graduation. 

Though because of percentage the dream for entering into the MNCs has been broken but some of the companies prefer experience instead of percentage so grab atleast a minimum of 4-5 years of experiences in the particular field and your experience will work as a key to MNCs.
