a) Visit the site http://www.paypal.com

b) Click on the Register button which is located int he top left corner.

c) For creating a paypal account you have to make a fresh / new email id which you have not to share with anyone else.

While registering your account in Paypal you have to provide correct following information :-

a) Date of Birth

b) Bank account details

c) Correct Address 

After filling the above required details you have to verify your paypal account via Credit card. (NOTE :- For Indians verifying through credit card is the only option)

Steps for verifying your Paypal account via Credit card is as follows :-

1. Having credit card is must and should.

2. For verifying your paypal account you need to enter your credit card number and have to wait for the Credit Card statement.

3. After your credit card statement appears you will receive a 4 to 5 digit code in your CC statement mentioning a transaction of USD 1.95 with PayPal. Enter than 4 to 5 digit code in your PayPal account and click - Verify my Account button.

5.  After you enter your 4-5 digit code in your paypal account your account will be verified and now you can receive you payment from the clients online.

Many peoples says that paypal is banned in India but for your information paypal is not banned but the way to use are changed.
