Detailed information about jobs in ISRO after B.Sc with PCM?
sir , i am a b.sc. student with physics , chemistry and mathmatics and want to get a job as a scientist in isro . what are the exams i have to give to get the job or will i have to do m.sc. in physics?
Dear Aspirant;
Its good that you want to work in the most reputed organization of Govt. of India i.e. ISRO. ISRO is nothing but Indian Space Research organization, there are two ways of entering into the ISRO, they are :-
a) Through GATE Exam
b) Through Direct Recruitment conducted by ISRO
For entering through GATE Exam a candidate has to passed out Graduation in Engineering / Technology or have to pass out Master degree with Physics with a minimum of 65% aggregate from a recognized university which comes under UGC.
Other then educational qualification a candidate must be a citizen of India and his age does not exceeds to 35 years. (Relaxation of 3 years to OBC and 5 to SC-ST is applicable)
For entering through Direct Recruitment a candidate has to appear for the competitive exam which is conducted by the ISRO for the posts like Research Engineer / Scientist / Junior Engineer / Technician etc. For applying to the posts a candidate has to passed out Graduation in Engineering / Technology or have to passed out Master degree in Physics.
