Eligiblity criteria for ISRO and NASA? Is electrical and electronic engineer eligible for it?
Iam the student of B-Tech 2nd year (electrical & electronics engg.), is it perfect stream for getting job in isro or nasa?
Dear Aspirant;
Its good that you want to work in the most reputed Govt.
organizations i.e. ISRO. There are two ways of entering into Indian Space
Research Organization, they are :-
a) Through GATE exam
b) Through Direct exam which is conducted by the ISRO
The following are some of the posts that are available in ISRO is as follows
:-
SCIENTIST
RESEARCH ENGINEER
JUNIOR ENGINEER
TECHNICIAN
etc.
The minimum eligibility Criteria requires for applying to the posts in ISRO
is as follows :-
a) Must be a citizen of India
b) Age limit 21-30 (Relaxation of 3 years to OBC and 5 years to SC-ST is
applicable)
c) Educational Qualification:
A candidate has to passed out Graduation in Engineering in a particular
discipline with a minimum of 65% marks from any recognized university which
comes under UGC.
Selection is purely based on WRITTEN EXAM / INTERVIEW / MERIT
