Job based on B.E in CSE? How to get good job in future?

I am completed B.E(CSE)-2009 passed out and also i am doing MBA(II Yr)in distance education but i didn't get good job based on my qualification how to get good job in future.

As said above that you have passed out Graduation in Engineering with Computer Science and you are also pursuing PG from Distance mode, then for your information if your distance university comes under UGC then you will be eligible for applying to various Senior level posts in most of the Software / IT Companies / Organizations.

For getting a job easily a candidate has to do some certified course in the particular field like :- 

NETWORKING FIELD :- MCSE / MCSA / CCNA / RHCE etc.

DESIGNING / PROGRAMMING FIELD :- ASP.NET / JAVA / J2EE etc.

DATABASE FIELD :- ORACLE / SQL SERVER / DBMS etc.

Proficiency in English, Technical Knowledge and aptitude knowledge is must and should for cracking Written test and Interviews.

For getting a job in Govt. Organizations like BEML / BHEL / ONGC / ISRO you have to appear for the GATE / Written test of the concerned organization.
