Can i apply for IBPS Bank PO jobs with 6 years banking experience?

Dear Friend;

Indian Banking personnel selection is an authority which conducts the recruitment of Probationary officer as well as Clerical assistant in Banking sector.

The minimum eligibility criteria requires for applying to the Probationary officer post is as follows :-

a) Must be a citizen of India

b) Age limit should be 18-28 (for General Category)

c) Educational qualification :- Just passed Graduation in any discipline from an recognized university which comes under UGC

The following is the relaxation applicable in respect of age for the backward category candidates :-

Relaxation of 3 years i.e. 28+3=31 years is applicable for OBC candidates.

Relaxation of 5 years i.e. 28+5=33 years is applicable for SC/ST candidates.

Relaxation of 10 years i.e. 28+3=31 years is applicable for Ex Servicemen.

Hence, from the above, if you belong to the Ex-servicemen category then only you will be eligible for applying ot the posts in Banking sector.
