Is B.Tech / BE valid from KSOU, Karnataka State Open University ??

Whether KSOU is the recognized university of UGC ??

Sir, I am planning to do B.Tech or BE from KSOU i.e. Karnataka State Open University and i want to know whether doing B.Tech / B.E from this university is valuable and can i apply for the Government jobs after copletion, please please help me...
