Its good that you have attained to the high profile position in Education that you have done Master degree in IT / Graduation as well as Certified courses in Networking then for your information on base of your education you are eligible for applying to the following posts in Software / IT sector :-

As said above that you are interested in JUNIOR TELECOM OFFICER post in BSNL then for your information on base of Graduation in Technology you are eligible for applying to the JTO post in BSNL.
