What is the procedure if I clear IBPS exam?

Aspirant;
IBPS :- Indian Banking
personnel Selection is an authority which conducts banking sector exams, 19
Public sector top most banks comes under IBPS, the recruitment held twice a
year in the month of February as well as September every year.
There are two types of posts available in Banking sector, they are :-
a) Probationary
officer
b) Clerical Assistant
The minimum eligibility criteria requires for applying to the above said
posts is as follows :-
a) Must be a citizen
of India
b) Age limit should be 18-28
c) Educational Qualification :-
For Clerical Assistant post
:-
A candidate has to
passed out SSLC with a minimum of 60% aggregate /
Intermediate with a minimum of 55% aggregate /
Just passed Graduation in any discipline from a recognized university which
comes under UGC.
For Probationary officer
post :-
Just passed
Graduation in any discipline from a recognized university which comes under UGC
is required.
The following are the relaxations in terms of age is provided by the Banking
authorities for Backward category candidates :-
For OBC candidates
there would be a relaxation of 3 years is applicable
For SC-ST candidates there would be a relaxation of 5 years is applicable
For Ex-servicemen there would be a relaxation of 10 years is applicable
Syllabus pattern followed by the Banking authorities for written exam is as
follows :-
General Awareness
General English
Numerical Aptitude
Logical Reasoning
Marketing aptitude
Descriptive topic is an
additional topic for Probationary officer post.
Topics comes under Descriptive :-
Letter writing
(Formal / informal)
Essay writing
Paragraph
etc.
For becoming perfect in the
above said syllabus one has to take coaching because one cannot do self study
100%.
For better time management one has to solve previous year question papers.
A candidate has to
score atleast a minimum of 24 marks in each topic for getting eligible for
cutoff and for getting an interview call a candidate has to secure a minimum of
170-180 marks (for General category candidates).
Qualified candidates gets
an interview call from IBPS
Interview pattern for IBPS is as follows :-
A candidate has to
undergo three rounds in interview
In first round a candidate
has to give a brief introduction to the recruiters.
In second round a candidate has to answer to the Technical / twisted questions
made by the HR recruiters.
Third round is a General round in that recruiters asked some general question
that why you want to work in banking sector etc etc.
Meritorious
candidates will be get selected for a probationary period of one year, based on
the performance of a candidate the probationary period will be extended
accordingly as per banks norms.
