Am i eligible for PO exam being a SC category student with B.Tech in 56%?
Dear Mr. Mask sir,
I am bhagya.my cast is SC i have 56% in B.tech.I applied PO post for andra bank.but they mentioned 60% in degree.but i thought that all govt.job for SC/ST have 55% only.please tell me can i eligible for that po exam.
Dear Friend;
As said above that you have passed out Graduation in Technology with 56% aggregate and you belongs to SC category and wants to apply for the Probationary officer post in Banking sector.
For you information, the minimum educational qualification requires for applying to the Probationary officer post is as follows :-
a) Must be a citizen of India
b) Age limit should be 18-28
c) Educational qualification :-
Must have passed out Graduation in any discipline from a recognized university which comes under UGC. Only 20% of the banks wants 60% aggregate in Graduation for applying to PO post.
Relaxation of 3 years to OBC / 5 to Sc-ST and 10 to Ex-servicemen is applicable in terms of age is applicable for applying to the PO post in Banking sector.
Syllabus pattern followed is as follows :-
DESCRIPTIVE PAPER
There would be a relaxation in terms of age and Cutoff is applicable for the SC-ST category candidates. Before applying to any post please read the notification clearly.
