Dear Friend;
IB – Intelligence Bureau is an Central Govt. department and the
recruitment for the posts in IB is recruited by the following authorities :-
UNION PUBLIC SERVICE COMMISSION
STAFF SELECTION COMMISSION
INTELLIGENCE BUREAU
Like other departments in IB also posts has been divided into
Groups like Group A, B, C & D. The recruitment for the Group A posts is
recruited by the Union Public Service Commission.
While the recruitment for the Group B (Executive Level), Group C
(Upper Grade) and Group D (Junior Grade posts) is recruited by the Staff
Selection Commission.
The minimum eligibility criteria requires for applying is as follows :-
a) Must be a citizen of Inida
b) Age limit should be 18-30 years.
c) Educational qualification :-
For Group A., B & C posts a candidate has to passed out
Graduation with a minimum of 50% aggregate from a recognized university which
comes under UGC.
While for the Group D – Junior level posts a candidate has to
passed out SSLC with a minimum of 50% aggregate from a recognized board /
institution.
Syllabus pattern followed for written exam is as follows :-
GENERAL AWARENESS
GENERAL ENGLISH
NUMERICAL APTITUDE
LOGICAL REASONING
Books to be referred is as follows :-
