sir, i completed MCA. can i eligible for current vacancy of railway section engineer signal.
Dear Aspirant;
As mentioned above that you have passed out Master degree in
Computer applications and want to appear for the Sector Engineer post then for
your information SECTION ENGINEER is an Technical post which means for applying
to this post a candidate must have Technical degree like Graduation in Engineer
/ Technology which is approved by AICTE and recognized by UGC.
On base of MCA you are eligible for applying to only
Administrative / Non-Technical posts in Railways sector.
The following are some of the Posts that you may be eligible for :-
SYSTEM / DATABASE / NETWORK ENGINEER
SYSTEM / DATABASE / NETWORK ADMINISTRATOR
WEB DESIGNER
PROGRAMMER
ALL GRADE NON-TECHNICAL POSTS
etc.
The recruitment for the posts in Railways department is made by the
Railways recruitment board. Other then educational qualification a candidate
must be a citizen of India and his age does not exceeds to 30 years.
