Should i search for jobs or apply for MBA after B.Tech study?
I m doing B.Tech with IT branch.
I want to know that after B.Tech what I have to do search a job or apply for MBA ?

Its good that you want to do higher studies because after completion of your Master degree you will never be jobless and you will be eligible for applying to the Senior positions in most of the Companies / Organizations.
There are various of opportunities available for the B.Tech Graduates in most of the Govt. as well as Pvt. sector companies / Organizations.
On base of Graduation in Technology you may be eligible for applying to the posts like PROGRAMMER / ADMINISTRATOR / NETWORK ENGINEER etc.

ISRO
NASA
SAIL

etc.
On base of Master Degree in Business Administration with IT branch you may be eligible for applying to the posts like :-
TEAM LEADER
PROJECT MANAGER
PROJECT COORDINATOR
etc.
