Dear Sir, This is Vivek from Hyderabad, I have created a new website and I have used Chitika ads on my website, but the problem is in my chitika ads earning it is showing eCPM, what is this eCPM I am not understanding, so please can you explain me about this word eCPM, I will be thankful to you?

sir i done my b.tech in sistam college in srikakulam,2012 releaved batch,and i did level 2 course and designing courses autocad and pro-e also so if you know any mnc company job offers or interviews please intimate me. 

Dear Friend;

As said above that you have passed out Graduation in Technology and have also done certified coruses in Designing like AutoCAD and Pro-E then for your information the minimum eligibility criteria followed by the MNCs for recruiting candidates is as follows :-

60% in SSLC

60% in Intermediate

65% in Graduation

Apart from that the selection pattern followed by the MNCs companies for recruiting candidates is as follows :-

Round I – Written Test

Round II – Technical Test

Round III – Group Discussion

Round IV – Technical Interview

Round V – HR Interview

Written test is comes with objective type questions based on the aptitude topics like Numerical, Logical, as well as reasoning.

Technical Test compromises with the questions based on the specialization in which you have done Graduation.

In Group Discussion you will be given a topic which you have to elaborate and discuss with the recruiters, it’s just like a seminar.

In Technical Interview recruiters will check your viva knowledge in the Technical section.

HR Interview will be the common interview, recruiters will ask general questions, check certificates and all documents and after cracking the HR round you will be get a pass to enter into the MNCs.
