I am Intermediate / 10+2 passed.. can i start my tuitions for banking exams?when will the exams held?

Dear Aspirant;

You are eligible for applying Clerical post in Banking sector.

The IBPS exam held twice a year in the month of March and November, as March session is already completed so you have to prepare yourself for November session of Banking exam either by taking coaching / self preparations..

The syllabus for the Clerical exam is as follows :-

As said above that you have passed out Graduation in Computer Applications and want to study further from distance mode and want to apply for the posts in Banking sector then for your information the recruitment for the posts in Banking sector is made by the following banking authorities :-

INDIAN BANKING PERSONNEL SELECTION
STATE BANK OF INDIA
CO-OPERATIVE BANKS

There are various of posts available in Banking sector but the most preferable posts are as follows :-

PROBATIONARY OFFICER
CLERICAL ASSISTANT


On base of Graduation from a recognized university which comes under UGC you may be eligible for applying to the Probationary officer post.

For applying to the Clerical assistant post a candidate has to passed out SSLC with a minimum of 60% aggregate or Intermediate with a minimum of 55% aggregate or just passed Graduation is essential.

Other then educational qualification you must be a citizen of India and your age should be in between 18-28 years.

Syllabus pattern followed is as follows :-

GENERAL AWARENESS
GENERAL ENGLISH
NUMERICAL APTITUDE
LOGICAL REASONING
MARKETING APTIUDE
DESCRIPTIVE PAPER (Additional topic for PO post)


Selection is purely based on Written exam / Interview and on Merit.

Other then banking posts you are eligible for applying to various Group posts in Central / State Govt. department and the recruitment for which is done by the UPSC / SPSC / SSC / Railways etc.

As stated that you want to do further studies then I advice you to go ahead for Master degree course from any of the following distance universities for better opportunities in future.

INDIRA GANDHI NATIONAL OPEN UNIVERSITY
PUNJAB TECHNICAL UNIVERSITY
KARNATAKA STATE NATIONAL OPEN UNIVERSITY
Etc.

Dear Aspirants;

IBPS - Indian Banking Personnel Selection is an authority to recruit candidates for the 19 Public Sector banks, IBPS recruit candidates for the PROBATIONARY OFFICE as well as CLERICAL ASSISTANT post twice a year in the month of February / March as well as July / August.

The minimum eligibility criteria requires for applying to the above said posts is as follows :-

a) Must be a citizen of India
b) Age limit should be 18-28 (Relaxation as per category)
c) Educational qualification :- 

For PROBATIONARY OFFICER post a candidate has to pass out Graduation from a recognized university which comes under UGC.

For CLERICAL ASSISTANT post a candidate has to pass out SSLC with a minimum of 60% aggregate or INTERMEDIATE with a minimum of 55% aggregate.

The following is the relaxation applicable in respect of age is as follows :-

Relaxation of 3 years to OBC
Relaxation of 5 years to SC-ST
Relaxation of 10 years to Ex-Servicemen.

Hence, from the above its clear that if you comes under OBC / Ex-servicemen category then only you will be eligible else you will be not eligible for applying.

NOTE :- Selection is purely based on WRITTEN EXAM / INTERVIEW / MERIT

For applying to any post in Govt. / Banking / Railways / any other Govt. organizations, a candidate has to passed out his education, while pursuing one cannot be eligible for applying, if he applied too then he will definitely face difficulties in Interview / Selection round.

After completion of Graduation in Commerce, there are numerous of options are available in Govt. / Banking as well as Pvt. sector.

In Govt. sector you may be eligible for applying to Civil Service exams which are conducted by the UPSC for the posts like IAS / IPS / IFS etc.

Also you may be eligible for applying to the Executive posts / Upper Grade posts in Central / State Govt. department which are conducted by the Staff Selection Commission / State Public Service Commission.

In Railways you may be eligible for applying to numerous Administration posts.

What should i do for Bank jobs after Diploma qualification in Computer Technology?

As said above that you have done Diploma in Computer Technology and want to do further studies in Bachelor of Engineering, then for your information :-

On base of SSLC / Diploma with a minimum of 60% aggregate, you may be eligible for applying to the Clerical Assistant post in Banking sector.

The pay scale for the Banking sector clerical post is around 10500-14500/-

But, for your better future, I advice you to do Graduation in Engineering because there is much more scope available in the Software / IT field for those who has passed out Graduation in Engineering with Computer Science.

After completion of your Graduation in Engineering with Computer Science you may be eligible for applying to the various positions in Govt. / Railways / Banking as well as Pvt. sector Software / IT companies.

You may be posted as follows in the above said sectors / Organizations :-

Administrator
Web Designer
Data Analyst
System Analyst
Programmer
System Engineer
Network Engineer
Etc.

Other then that after completion you may be eligible for applying to all Groups posts conducted by the UPSC / SPSC / SSC for the posts in Central / State Govt. departments.

You will also eligible for applying to the high paid post in banking sector like Specialist / IT officer as well as Probationary officer, because it requires Gradation as minimum qualification.

Now, as you are eligible for Clerical Assistant post, here below is the syllabus pattern followed by banking sector authorities for written exam :-

General Awareness
General English
Numerical Aptitude
Logical Reasoning
Marketing aptitude. 

My advice is you have to join coaching centre and practice atleast four to five hours daily and after becoming perfect in the above topics you have to start solving old question papers for better time management in the exam .
