How can i get admission in the Railways sector after getting 48% in 12th in commerce stream?

Group A are the Civil service posts which are requited by the UNION PUBLIC SERVICE COMMISSION for the posts like :-

i am Sonu Srivastav, mine educational qualification is B.tech in mechanical engg.i am also a diploma holder in mechanicl engg. then i want to join the indian railway. i have been given 2 exams of indian railway on diploma basis for je post but never clear that exam.because i gave them without preparation.but when i stared to prepare for this exam i get confused to what should i read. sir so please give me a way to how to prepare for indain railway exam.
